Information
The mission of the Code Enforcement Department is to ensure a cleaner, safer, and more beautiful Conway and thus to enhance the quality of life for all Conway residents.
The City of Conway currently has two code enforcement officers–Ottie Cowgill and Grant Tomlin. You can email Mr. Cowgill at ottie.cowgill@cityofconway.org and Mr. Tomlin at grant.tomlin@cityofconway.org. Both are civilian code enforcement officers.
