All requests for placement on the Conway City Council Agenda, along with all written backup material must be in the Mayor's Office no later than 12:00pm (noon) seven (7) days prior to the meeting.
These items can be emailed to Felicia Rogers at felicia.rogers@cityofconway.org. All ordinances & resolutions should also be submitted electronically to the same email address.
*These dates may change. November 11 is Veterans Day; December 23 is quite near the Christmas holiday season.
